SERVICES

FORGINGS AND CASTINGS

Each production phase is planned together with the supplier, as well as the holding points, for the various tests on the raw material which can be supplied as a complete turn key project

WELDING

Performed by qualified and licensed personnel with the use of rigorously maintained and stored filler materials in a specially air-conditioned area.

TURNING

The turning department start from medium pieces up to very big and heavy shafts. It is equipped with horizontal and vertical axes, all cnc controlled.

MILLING

The milling department start from medium up to very big and heavy pieces . It is equipped with boring, gantry and combined solution for very big rotors.

GRINDING

Two grindind machines are used for little and medium pieces, over 4.000 mm lenght and 400 mm diameter, we grind the pieces on our lathes equipped with grinding unit.

ASSEMBLING

A fully assembled parts or machines can be supplied with all necessary documentation. Our technical department can manage complex groups according to the specification of the project.

TEST AT 360°

Its patented and qualified personnel allows ISMEC to offer its customers a wide range of tests and controls.

EXTRA SERVICES

Some of the services that we need to complete the supply, for example Thermic treatment, deep drilling, special painting are supplied by specialized subsuppliers qualified by ISMEC. Other services are internally made like cladding, shrinking and painting.
