WELDING

Our steelwork dept., active since 1984, has strongly specialized itself in these last years.

 

In these years new specific equipment and tools have been procured, and the offered services go from simple assembling to partial welding, to full penetration welding even on high thickness to cladding.

The cladding allows us to provide parts with special Inconel coatings, various stainless steel materials, bronze and others.

For the cladding and any kind of process, our technical department provides all qualifications cooperating with our welding engineer and with external institutes. (Rina, Istituto italiano della saldatura, Lloyd, DNV…).

Concerning preheating we are equipped with different kinds of ovens and we are able to manage heating and cooling ramps, always following the customers’ specifications.
