The Beginnings

The idea to have our own gym at Ismec first emerged in 2020.

As most may remeber, we all were experiencing the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) pandemic.

In Italy, most public activities were forced to shut down during this period, and so were the gyms. At this point, the project of a personal gym for the employees caught on.

Ismec Gym

Works began in early Spring 2020, in the company below the offices. In a space of around 110 square meters, the new Ismec Gym started taking shape, thanks to the help of our operators.

Alberto, one of our great turner, is also a qualified trainer, so he always helps in choosing the best equipment possible. Moreover, everyone is willing to make available their own sports gear from home. The collaboration and the sharing among us create a fantastic mood in Ismec, promoting a positive atmosphere within and outside the workshop.

Today

Nowadays, Ismec Gym has expanded a lot.

Many employees use it daily, and the company regularly invests in it.

We are proud of our gym and we are proud of the efforts we have made and continue to make,

in order to guarantee a cozy and well organized place to our colleagues who desire to stay in shape, train for competitions, or simply unwind. To support them, Ismec provides a paid personal trainer (our turner Alberto) and various equipment, including:
