Therefore, in the workshop, task and time management are directly under operators control, coordinated by supervisors and the Technical dept.
We care about balance: that’s why shifts are designed to leave free daytime hours. In addition, our canteen offers ready meals for lunch and dinner, helping employees manage their day more easily.
And to promote well-being, our fully equipped Ismec Gym is open 6 days a week, giving everyone in our team the chance to stay active and healthy.
