Our Quality Inspection Service includes a wide range of tests designed to verify dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and operational reliability:

To support dimensional verification on large components, Ismec operates a DEA Delta CMM system for 3D dimensional inspection.

Every stage of production is oriented toward achieving the highest level of final product quality. For this reason, Ismec operates under ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems and ISO 3834-2 certification for welding processes, guaranteeing consistent standards, documented procedures, and reliable results.

All necessary inspection equipment and measurement fixtures are designed and supplied internally by Ismec. Special inspections can also be performed according to specific customer requirements.
