Thanks to the long experience acquired in the construction of the components, Ismec can offer to its customers complex maintenance and rehab operations.
The Rehab started with the plastic injection machines, where usually extrusion screws and the press columns are often broken.
Our interventions allow to considerably reduce the construction time of new parts in replacement.
Among the operations performed:
- Dimensional check for shaft machining and damaged parts
- Replacement of worn parts
- Reblading
- Seals
- Cladding
- Run-out and rotation test
- Remake of surface and heat treatments
The management of service operations is possible only thanks to our reliable and overall our flexible structure.
In fact it frequently happens that unexpected changes and extra shifts are necessary.
